The Academic Advancement Program (AAP) has enjoyed a tradition of academic excellence at UCLA for 50 years. Entering eligible-AAP students, we invite you to our NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION to hear about the history of our program which was built on principles of social justice. You will learn more about AAP, have the opportunity to meet AAP staff and alumni, and hear about the various units (i.e. Peer Learning, Graduate Mentoring, and Counseling).

Attending the orientation will fulfill the requirement of attending an AAP Community of Scholars Workshop in order to become a full member and utilize AAP services.

After the orientation, join us at our Open House in Campbell Hall and meet new and returning AAP students and learn about our wealth of services. We will have music, prizes and much more!
